Equipment Reminder
Please ensure that your child has all the equipment they need at school. Some children have started the year without all the items on the book-list. This makes it very difficult for them to complete tasks efficiently and to the best of their ability. Please check with your child frequently throughout the year to see if they need any items replaced or 'topped up'. It is inevitable that some items are lost or misplaced and it is difficult for your child to complete their work in an efficient manner if they do not have the expected equipment.

CYBER SAFeTY
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that at this age, children need to be supervised, at all times, when they are online. Chat rooms and social media sites are not recommended for children of this age. Please be aware that some seemingly harmless, age appropriate, sites have 'chat' facilities which tap into sites such as Skype and Instagram. This puts the children in an unsafe situation and it is recommended that this activity is avoided. Appropriate, approved sites are linked to this class Weebly site, on the Great Websites page. We strongly recommend that you are aware of what your child is doing when they are online at home and that you ensure that they are safe at all times. Further information and online safety information can be found at the government Cybersmart website.
